Yoga for BeginnersThis class will give you the foundation for a strong and safe yoga practice.  Learn yoga basics like alignment techniques, the Sansrkit and English names of poses, and breathing techniques, all in a non-intimidating and supportive environment.  Additionally you’ll build your mind/body awareness and deepen your knowledge of yoga and its history, all at a pace you’ll be comfortable with as a newcomer.
