Urban Yoga is a cooperative community dedicated to healing individuals, relationships, our greater community, and the world through the power of yoga, dance, and the healing arts.

All of our classes at Urban Yoga are designed to ignite your body, soften your heart and ease your mind. 

We move deliberately and mindfully through thoughtful and ever-changing sequences to bring you rich, well-rounded, and lasting experiences. We regard movement as a sacred way to connect with one’s true self while strengthening the body and opening the mind. When practiced this way, movement makes us happier, healthier beings who engage with life. Our teachers are experienced and passionate about what they do, always growing and evolving. Our community is accessible to all, courageous and full of love & laughter.
