I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years. I began my journey at the University of Arkansas in Physical Education, and continued my education at TCU where I received my Master’s degree in Adapted Physical Education. After teaching everything from step aerobics, kick boxing, water aerobics, conditioning classes, and more, I discovered yoga. I practiced yoga for two years before deciding I must go through training to teach this amazing form of exercise. Although I enjoy many forms of yoga, I feel my strength is in teaching flow yoga. I love that yoga is a journey, not a destination.
As well as teaching yoga, I have a full-time position as an elementary Physical Education teacher. My family includes a husband and two very active little boys who keep me quite busy with baseball, soccer, piano, and more.
