The first 30 minutes are a yoga philosophy chat with some really delicious myofascial floor work, followed by about an hour of yoga, then 30 minutes of restorative yoga and meditation to close. Please note, this is not 2 hours of flow, it is a really beautiful journey through the body, heart and mind.
