Chair + Restorative Yoga with Gina Shelton – Wednesdays at 4:30pm

Support…don’t we all need a little extra at times. Practicing chair yoga is comparable to putting scaffolding on a building under renovation or construction. Shifting focus from having to balance or bear weight through un-sturdy or painful areas, the stability of chair yoga allows you to strengthening under-utilized muscles, relax deeper into stretches and feel fully supported.

Striving to address the needs of each individual student, this class will focus on creating stability and fluidity while cultivating a sense whole body, mind, spirit well-being.

This class will utilize the support of yoga chairs but it is not required.  Register in advance, space is limited –
