Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a meditative and relaxing practice intended to bring the body into complete physical, mental, and emotional rest. Yoga Nidra is conscious relaxation that does a beautiful job of promoting a restorative and healing state within the body, mind and soul.

Megan & Kenny have  specifically designed this event to be for everyone. There will be no physical yoga postures offered. Just lie back, get comfortable, and receive!

These elements combined will guide attendees to surrender tension and enter a meditative state that is still connected to their surroundings by sound.
