Urban Yoga is a boutique movement sanctuary in the heart of Fort Worth, dedicated to healing, connection, and authentic movement. Whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning to your practice, every body belongs here. Classes run seven days a week in a warm, non-heated studio where you set the pace.
What We Offer
Yoga — From gentle, grounding flows to more dynamic sequences, our yoga classes build strength, flexibility, and presence. Great for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Nia — A joyful blend of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. Nia is movement that feels like play and heals like medicine.
Barre — Ballet-inspired strength meets Pilates technique in a class that tones, lengthens, and energizes.

We are located at 1706 8th Avenue · Fort Worth, TX 76110 – our parking lot and main entrance are both located in the back of the building. All sales on class packages & memberships are final. In exceptional circumstances, such as a relocation, a package or membership can be transferred to another Urban student. In-Studio classes are non-refundable in the event of an absence. Cancellations within a 24 hour period will be credited to the account.
