Easy to Find

Urban Yoga is located in the Near Southside neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Fort Worth on the SW corner of 8th Ave & Allen.  Feel free to call with any questions but the best way to reach us is by email.

Our parking lot and studio entrance are both located behind the building.  You’ll find our entrance by following the ramp at the Northern end of the building to the shared patio (we are neighbors with Finn McCools & The Coop Hair Salon) .  If our lot is full please utilize street parking along Allen Ave. and Enderly Place where available.  Please DO NOT park in any of the neighboring building’s parking lots,  your car will be towed.  We highly recommend arriving early to evening and weekend offerings as our parking is small and fills fast.  

Urban Yoga is open to in person classes 7 days/week!  We offer a variety of yoga classes as well as Barre & Nia all in a non-heated, laid back and welcoming environment.
