Sales Policies
- All sales on class packages & memberships are final. In exceptional circumstances, such as a relocation, a package or membership can be transferred to another Urban student.
- In-Studio classes are non-refundable in the event of an absence. Cancellations within a 24 hour period will be credited to the account.
- All sales on merchandise are final.
- All sales on workshops are final. In exceptional circumstances, like a family emergency, a student can contact us to request credit be given. In such a case, we must receive the request before the scheduled time of the workshop.
- Our Auto Draft Membership is recurring. It is a 6 month minimum and continues to renew monthly thereafter. If a student wishes to cancel the auto-draft, please email us at info@urbanyogafw.com to request cancellation. We appreciate at least a week’s notice.
