  • Tuesdays — 5:30pm Vinyasa Flow with Carly Burson (now 60 minutes)
  • Wednesdays — 5:00pm Mat Pilates with Lisa O’Driscoll (New class!)
  • Thursdays — 5:30pm Ground & Release with Carly Burson (now 60 minutes)

Monday evening 6:15pm classes will take a pause over the summer.
