Unwinding Deeper builds on the themes of Unwinding the Week, turning attention toward the patterns beneath recurring tension — the habits of breath, posture, and nervous system response that quietly shape how we move through our days.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:

  • Why certain areas of the body hold repeatedly
  • How stress patterns form and persist
  • What the body needs for release to feel more lasting

Through anatomy-informed movement, nervous-system awareness, and guided rest, you’ll learn to recognize these patterns with clarity and compassion — and begin to soften them without force.

This workshop is ideal if:

  • You attended Unwinding the Week and want to go further
  • You experience recurring tension or fatigue
  • You’re curious about the “why” behind what your body does

No prior workshop required.  Just a willingness to listen a little more deeply.
