Embodied Flow (60 minutes)
Gentle Yoga (75 minutes)
Explore creative sequencing and find your connection to the flow of energy in movement and in stillness. Discover your ability to strengthen and self-heal through intuitive offerings of meditation, asana, and myofascial release. This practice is rooted in the principle that each practitioner may bring their own dynamic by listening and responding to the unique and ever evolving needs of their body mind spirit. All levels welcome and wonderful for beginners.
Ground & Release (75 minutes)
Settle into stillness with this renewing practice designed to open the body through strong, sustained holds. By gently stretching connective tissue and encouraging fascial release, this class supports flexibility, calms the mind, and restores balance to the nervous system. Expect grounding postures, extended time in each shape, and a meditative pace that helps ease anxiety, promote deeper sleep, and leave you feeling centered and renewed. Each class closes with an extended savasana for deep rest and integration.
Hatha Yoga (75 minutes)
Hatha Yoga is a well-rounded classical yoga practice that focuses on alignment and finding the balance between strength and freedom. This 60 minute deliberate practice, supported by the breath, leads to good health, a clear mind, and a kind heart. All levels welcome and wonderful for beginners who want a deep dive into correct posture and form.
Somatic Yin (75 minutes)
Slow down and reconnect in this Somatic Yin practice. Blending long-held, supported yin postures with gentle somatic movement, this class invites you to release tension, unwind patterns, and restore balance to the nervous system. With an emphasis on inner awareness over performance, you’ll move at your own pace while creating space in both body and mind—leaving you feeling grounded, open, and deeply restored.
Radiant Flow (60 minutes)
Embrace the power of mid-morning with a class designed to energize and renew. Radiant Flow offers a combination of gentle movement and strength-building postures, with mindful breathwork and moments of stillness to recharge and restore your energy. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and radiating vitality for the rest of your day. All levels welcome and wonderful for beginners.
Therapeutic Vinyasa (60 minutes)
Therapeutic Vinyasa incorporates yoga therapy balls combined with a more traditional style vinyasa class. Students will focus on certain areas of the body and how these areas relate to their lives. Therapy balls release places of tension or pain, and the vinyasa practice postures continue to open and strengthen those area of the body. This class offers deep release in the beginning, moving old energy out of the body then, more strengthening work, moving energy into the body, during the vinyasa practice. All levels welcome and wonderful for beginners.
Vinyasa Flow (75 minutes)
Move with intention in this dynamic practice that blends creative sequencing with mindful breath. Expect a balance of strength-building postures, mobility-focused transitions, and flexibility work designed to challenge the body while supporting safe, fluid movement. Each class weaves together energizing flows with moments of soft release, and closes with an extended savasana for deep rest and integration leaving you grounded, resilient, and renewed.
Vinyasa Yoga (60 minutes)
This all level offering allows students to flow through a more conscious and creatively designed sequence to explore a deeper asana (posture) with a focus on the breathwork and prana (life force). In this class we move slower and hold each pose longer to allow students of all levels to fully explore their spiritual, emotional and mental energies. All levels welcome and wonderful for beginners.
Prenatal & Beginner Yoga
Our studio and class offerings are especially well-suited to women in all stages of pregnancy and anyone beginning their yoga journey. Our instructors are experienced in supporting both expectant students and those new to the practice. All of our classes are non-heated, and we move at an intentional pace to ensure the body feels grounded and supported.
Classes we especially recommend (When you arrive, please let your instructor know you are expecting or that you’re new so they can guide you into modifications when necessary) :
- Therapeutic Vinyasa – Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:45am
- Slow Flow – Monday 6:15pm
- Vinyasa Yoga – Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am & 5:30pm
- Radiant Flow – Tuesday & Thursday 9:45am
- Somatic Yin – Saturday Noon & Sunday 9am
- Gentle Flow – Sunday 4:30pm
- All Nia classes – Wed. & Fri. 11am, Sat. & Sun. 10:30am & Mon. 5pm
Private and semi-private (up to 4 students) sessions are also available for any type of yoga. Privates can also be tailored to any special needs in your pregnant body, and/or to design a home prenatal practice. Private sessions can be personalized to the individual needs a little more uniquely than a group class can offer.
